What or how do you go about getting assistance on breach of agreement?
This is a family operated business that others have taken on making decesions without including every one and kept it to themself's witch surely gave them an advantage as it was in the finincial aera.So upon confronting the issue it has been nothing but excuses and B.S. stories to witch they believe themselfs. The quality of life was and is way more better than mine and surley did not work or put extra into earning it .I have tried many avenues and no results to be found. the others have rpresentation to witch I probly helped cover for them. Any sugesstions any one. Cant find much here in coloradofor pro bono services Thank you , Panhead
This sounds like a tough situation. Have you tried talking with a local SCORE counselor? SCORE is nonprofit that partners with SBA to offer free business advice. Here is a link to their website, where you can find local offices or an online mentor.
You have a tough situation on your hands. You should try to sit down with the parties involve and try to work this out because the attroney's fee can be in the thousands.
