Our company need to grow, how to recruit the best staff

I have been doing part time job in this company Brilliantstore Inc for four months. I am about to become an official staff. Now our company need to grow, so we have to hire more staff. I have never been recruited. But the manager let me plan this matter. How to recruit the best staff. Any tips?
