Just want to know - is outsourcing still legal in USA?

 

I heard that there was some act against outsourcing.

Short answer: yes, outsourcing is legal. There are various bills pending and working their way through Congress that would require public disclosure of all outsourcing companies and impose taxes, etc. on companies that take jobs out of the United States.

Yes it is legal and will remain legal. Only thing that could happen is that it could be taxed.

I believe yes, it is actually what make some company in the US to be able to cope up, specially now a days when the economy is really bad. Outsourcing have provided them a cheap alternative to get things done.
