Owner seeks capital or limited partners

I am the owner of an upscale and successful Jazz Club that has been in existence for 10 years. We have hosted many of the international artists along with local and regional jazz groups. We also have a successful non-profit foundation dedicated to the promotion, preservation, and enancement of the art form through yoh scholarships, workshops, and collaboration.

 

We seek either limited partners to help us expand or a partner who would like to come in with additional capital and an option to buy the club in the next five years.

 

With the changing economy , am also interested in refinancing the club to reduce the monthly pass through mortgage.

If you wait the rates might go back up as the economy improves, so take advantage of the low rates and contact your commerical lender today.
