The paperless office. Curse or blessing? I'm outside a lot is the paperless
form ideal for me because I can do a lot with the laptop and the mobile phone
do. But with contract awards under it will be hard, or are there other
options. What do they think about the paperless office?

online fax service that has the e-sign feature and Echosign to pretty much
eliminate the need to print out contracts to sign.
For contracts that people want to send you to sign, set up an online fax
service with e-sign and set up the e-sign functionality (which is really
easy). Whenever someone has something they want you to sign, just ask them to
fax it to you, and then use e-sign to sign and fax it back. No printing or
paper necessary.
Here is a list of online fax services that have e-sign functionality (The
list is on FindAFax.com, but I used a link shortener to direct you to the
page with just the services including e-sign): http://goo.gl/fY59P
For contracts that you want other people to sign, you can sign up for
Echosign: (https://www.echosign.adobe.com/en/home.html) and use the service
to allow other people to digitally sign documents that you send to them.
Hope that helps.
