Partner refuses to hold shareholders' meeting

My husband & I are getting divorced. We also own a corporation together. (Chances are, he will get the business and I will get the house.)
I plan to get out ASAP. If all goes well, I should be out in the next few weeks. He has become increasingly risky. He has no health nor life insurance.
Although I have repeatedly requested a shareholders' meeting, he has either refused or become so belligerent it made me fearful of him. Any suggestions I made he flatly refused or would agree temporarily, then refuse to follow through. He has refused my repeated requests for writing a business plan. He refuses to make a marketing plan.
I know I need to check to see if he's hiding something, intentionally keeping the business value down, etc., etc. That's been taken care of.
Here's my concern. I'm concerned with the legal ramifications of not holding a shareholders' meeting. What are my liabilities? What recourse do I have against him?
