Past Performance Evaluation

My firm has obtained a Past Performance Evaluation.  I have several questions:

 

How is this used by GSA when bidding on contracts? 

 

Do we attach a copy of the Evaluation to any proposals we submit? 

 

Is this Evaluation stored in a central repository accessible by GSA? 

 

Also, according to Open Ratings, a license/permission is not required to use the Past Performance Evaluation when bidding on GSA contracts, yet the

Evaluation itself is stamped 'For Internal Use Only'.  Can it be used as is when bidding on GSA contracts?

Hi: Thanks for posting your question in the Business.gov Community. I'm researching to see if I can find answers in all of your questions so please be sure to check back and let me know what you think. In the meantime, I did find the website for Past Performance Information (https://www.ppirs.gov/) from a quick glance at the homepage and FAQs, it looks like effective July 1, 2009, this site is the one central repository for all agencies. I will continue to dig for information. Hopefully this answers some of your questions.
