I’m considering in-house financing for our customers’ equipment purchases. What is required if we finance equipment in-house in CA (i.e. special licenses, permits, data requirements, etc)?
Your state department of finance should be able to answer your question. When you deal with credit or offering financing, there are numerous legal requirements you will need to comply with, most at the state level.
