Can anyone show me where I can find more information on what exactly the SBA
7a loans entail? I am looking for specific information on guarantee fees and
personal liability on defaulted loans. Not that I am planning on having a
failing business, but I would like to know exactly what I am liable for if
something does happen.

Feel free to send me an email and I can explain about the liabilities of the
SBA guarantee. Defaulted loans and failing business are unfortunately a major
part of this economy, and I speak to many of these business owners every week
