My name is Kentaro Tsuda. I am interested in starting my restaurant.
I have questions about planning restaurant.
Which should I consider and plan first, the concept of restaurant or doing
market resarch?

if it fits in your market. Once you complete the feasibility of your concept
- then, start getting into the details of what it will take to pull it off.

it would take to facilitate your vision. Then, determine whether or not you
will need a small business loan (plenty of info on those offered on this
site) or whether you can pull it off on your own. Thinking about these
