Hi all,
I'm considering starting child care services in Virginia. Any thoughts you
are willing to share as it relates to legal entities as it relates to an LLC
or Sole Proprietorship, etc. Of course, I'd like to know if the pros/cons
based on your experiences. Thank you in advance.

steps to undertake. Promotional issues need to be handled carefully and care
is the only utmost essence of this business.
Childcare businesses are highly regulated, so you may want to begin by
contacting your city clerk's office and your local health department. They
can tell you what the requirements are for both your facility and for you
personally. You and all your employees will need first aid training,
licenses, background checks and other considerations. Your facililty will
need to be inspected and will need to meet specific guidelines.
