Has anyone had a problem printing the business plan in PDF format? When I select this option, the plan prints with an extra blank page (except for header and footer) between pages 6 and 8. It also is formatted incorrectly so that the footer is halfway outside the print range...This I can deal with by reducing the size to 90%. Please let me know if anyone has run into this problem and how you have handled it. Thanks.
