I am planning on opening a brand new business and I am stumped at the
financials. I keep trying to research, but really have no idea where to
begin. Right now this is the major item holding me up on my business plan.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

BTW: my business will be uniforms for healthcare workers (scrubs) and the
accessories that go with them. I will have one retail location and my
competition is Uniform City in downtown Richmond and London Uniforms in the
west end and Dress Code on the southside.
I'm curious to know if I could call up these business and ask for this info
and would they be willing to give it to me?

Hi, you can get information on financial projections in business plan section. Another approach that may be useful is talking to a mentor who could offer you specific guidance. What kind of information would you seek from the competitors? If you know the competitors’ suppliers or have a relationship with them yourself, suppliers can also be a great source of information.
