Have you thought about possibly using a phonetic or dictionary spelling format for your logo?
Depending upon your customers (some demographics respond better to this than others), it could be a creative way not only to get people to pronounce your business' name correctly but be a a very distinguishable logo for branding...
...just a thought.

I used to work for a company that people mispronounced all the time. I started putting 'sounds like ....' 'rythmes with' or other clever little things in my email signature.
It not only got my point across but also created a dynamite way to stick in someone's head. Like a jingle.
If you don't think that works, check out one of the recent Hyundai commercials. A guy and a girl are test driving the car and he says 'Hyundai like sundae'... sticks doesn't it?

The audio for the website sounds like a good idea. You could also place the correction pronunciation either next to or under the name of your company. I've seen this turn out cute, if it is done creatively. Another idea could be to send out e-cards with the correct pronunciation to the people who frequent your website the most. There are some websites that have inexpensive e-cards.
Does anyone else in the community any creative ideas of how cypress can get her business name pronounced the correct way?

I think instead of voice audio go with following tips, that will be more easy and useful.
Like suppose how do you spell this - Charlotte: SHAR - let or Char-LOT,
So mention ur business name like this - Charlotte : SHAR - let
or Emilia: Eh-MEE-lee-ah.
