Quality, Service & Price, Can you have all three?

There is a rule
that you have to pick 2 out of three. So you can have quality and price,
but not service, or quality and service, but not price or service and
price, but not quality.
Do you think this is true? If not, what are some examples of Quality,
Service and Price and how did they get all three?
I have my own answer, but I want to hear what other say first.
