Hey guys I have a quick question. Im planning on doing a raffle for my house and car can I do that . Im not doing it as a charity,its like selling it for me

It is a form of gambling so you probably will not be able to do that

I agree with the previous poster. You could get into a heap of trouble for running a raffle if the proceeds will not go to charity. All forms of betting/gambling/wagering are highly regulated.

Agreed, before you do anything check your states gaming legislation and to be safe consult a lawyer.

instead of raffling it you can auction it on ebay, and get people to do it that way, that way you bypass the raffling, and you more or less have a silent auction.
