Question concerning multiple protected class/disadvantaged classification for same business...

I am an African American male and I am a 60 percent owner of an emerging business and my partner is a female (40 percent).  By our estimation via research, we both qualify as far as being disadvantaged business owners.  And finally, I am an honorably discharged U.S. military veteran.As far as receiving of grants and bidding preferences, how does each of the above mentioned factors figure into facilitation of assistance and possible bidding preferences, if any?  Is it possible that the stated factors are accumulative, thereby advantaging us more than entities that are not similarly situated?Thank you in advance...
