2. If a C - Corporation wants to make changes in its shareholders structure what documents are required to fill out to make such changes?
Does a C-corporation need to make an official statement to the Division of Corporations or to another government department about the changes in the shareholders structure?
3. Does the charter capital exist in a C - corporation?
If yes, when does a C-corporation need to create charter capital? What is the minimal amount of a C - Corporation's charter capital?
