Stacey here with some questions about an upcoming relocation. My husband and I currently own an Internet Marketing company that is based out of New York City. This month, on April 28th, we are moving down to Cape Coral, Florida.
We will continue to do business in New York but will be expanding into the Florida market. We know we need to register the company in Florida, but wanted to know what the difference was between simply registering the company down south (and what forms/deadlines there are) and actually moving the corporate headquarters down to Florida (and what forms/deadlines there are).
