I am looking to move over to the US and I am currently awaiting my visa.
I operate a white label site in the UK cash4fone does anyone know how this type of industry would need to governed by company law in the US. Could I operate thisas a personal asset.
My primary income comes from OnpulseProperty Egypt Property specialists this is a UK limited company, i deally I would be looking to place a manager in charge of operations in the UK and a start up a siilar busines in the US. We sell overseas property, and would be invoicing companies overseas from the US company. What would be the best company structure for this? Is there any sort of sole trader type set up?

Have taken a look at Business.gov's Online Buiness Guide? It has some good resources on taxes, and importing and exporting.
In terms of setting up a company structure, feel free to check out our Business Incorporation Guide. We also wrote 2 great blogs about choosing business structures.

What state will you be moving to?
So... I'm confused... are you starting a phone reseller company or a real estate company?
You would probably want to get a C-Corp. But, you can read the guide here about the differnt structures: http://www.business.gov/register/incorporation/
