Im in need of some helpful advice I want to start a senior transportation service and IM also disable but not on SD or SSI wanted to know do they have grants for disable people not on SSI or SD the project is a nonprofit one need help please

Check out the article, Disabled Entrepreneurs. It provides resources and tips for disabled small business owners to become successful. Pay special attention the the Financing Your Enterprise section. There is financing specifically for disabled entrepreneurs.
Just to let you know, it is very hard to get government grants. You can use the Loans and Grants Search Tool to see if your business qualifies for any grants. You can also visit Grants.gov. An alternate to grants is the Small Business Loans listed in the article above.
