For someone with an E-2 Investor Visa (who has a SSN) is it possible to get SBA loans and if so do the requirements differ from that of citizens or green card holders?

The SBA guarantees loans that you get through a bank. This means you would have to secure a loan from a bank and the SBA would guarantee the bank that you would repay the loan. To find out the exact process for your specific visa type, contact you local SBA District Office.
