I own 2 businesses. Niether business has 50 full time employees.
Will I be required to combine the two business to determine my requirement for providing insurance?
Will I be required to combine the two business in determining by penelty if not providing insurance?
Will I combine the two companies in determining the credit available if I do provide insurance?
I own 90% of one company and and 50% of the other. Most of my emloyees are part-time and we do not provide insurance to part-time employees (less than 30 hours). Combined, I have approximately 20 full time employees and 80 part time employees. While available, only two of our full time employees are taking our coverage.
