If the capital you are seeking is mostly for working capital and you need it unsecured, there are a few non-bank lenders that would work with you. Or, there are some other sources that may require that you piece it together. But, since you only need $60K - that should be very manageable.

Good advice on this one. The unsecured route for most businesses today is more than likely the best one since most banks are afraid to lend unless they have history with you. The good thing about these types of loans is they allow to go the "cash for collateral" route or allow you to receive funds by borrowing against your past due invoices or through a cash flow increase loan program.

I think a good option will be also to think about angel capital market. Expose your idea to investers all around the world, as fas as i know you have a limit of 50k for a level A - idea. if you already progressed then, maybe will be better to present it as a level c or d for more chances of getting the budget
