I am a 35yr old woman who is a Permanent Resident of the United States and my husband is a Disabled Veteran of the US Army. I have all but completed our Business Plan. I am not particularly sure which is the right way to go with funding. Can I get assistance from each element that I qualify for. Being a woman business owner, not a Citizen, and a Disabled Vet. Also, we live in WA state. My husband has been working out in the oilfields of North Dakota for a year. He has been offered the opportunity to have his own truck on with the lease company. its a lot of money to be made especially when you are already established. I will be doing the financials, bills, taxes etc from our home in WA. So do we qualify as a Home Based Business? Can I register in WA when the actual operation is in Nd?
