Hi, I live in Canada and I will soon be creating a webiste that will sell a lot of goods within the US, so I will need to open a US Business account. My question is, how do I do it? Which state do I register it with if I live in Canada? And is their better states to register with in order of lower business tax?
Also, is their any federal or stat grants fto help start up business's?

Regarding grants - the U.S. federal government does not provide grants for starting and expanding a business.
