Rocketlawyer is also an option, but I would put it behind legalzoom and Perfectdocs. I have used legalzoom and it worked out. I found the forms at to be a little bit better than legalzoom because they contain better instructions on how to complete those forms.

Most of the low cost on-line incorporators just provide the forms for you and then register in your state. That being said, as a corporation you will need corporate minutes, articles of incorporation, and a certain amount of structure to your paperwork that will be time consuming and difficult to figure out by yourself.
My first company was incorporated by a local attorney who charged me around $1000. My second company was incorporated on-line for under $150. The documents are identical, except for the name of the companies of course.
My first time around the block, I would consider using an attorney to make sure you got it right. Mistakes can be very costly.
One more thing: you may want to make sure you are incorporated in your home state. Otherwise, your company may be subject to additional rules and regulations as a 'foreign entity,' which may cost you more than you are saving by incorporating in a less expensive state.

Thank you. I have noticed using an attorney can be costly but atleast everything will be done correctly. Any suggestions on online companies just as a backup?

LegalZoom is what comes to mind. I haven't personally used them, but they are one of the popular ones.
