Hi Dawnczar, Thanks for posting your question. On a general level, have you visited the Starting A Business page on Business.gov? You'll find steps that you may need to consider to starting a business. Also, if you click on this link you'll find information specific to doing business in Nebraska. On the licenses it would depend on where you lived. Most places won't license you if you have any animals in the house. If you call your local health department probably under the County listings you can probably find out what you need to do to prepare for a licensing inspection from them.
