I am new here so not sure where this posting belongs.
My question is as follows:
What rules and regulation does a non US based ecommerce site have to take into account when we would like to start selling our product in the USA. We currently have a online business in the Netherlands for laboratory grown diamonds and jewelry. We are want to sell our product in the USA as well. Are there specific reulations and laws for an overseas company and is there a difference per state?
