Scenario: I started a small business July 2007 in another state. The small business license was for one year. I moved August 2008 to another state, not renewing the license in the old state nor the new state, neither selling my product. It is now another year and I want to pick up where I left off with the business; selling my product.
FYI: I already have a tax EIN from when I started the small business in 2007.
Question: Where should I begin and what are the necessary steps?
