Remember the "new" FTC Guidelines go into effect TODAY

In case anyone has forgotten - or didn't know - the 'new' FTC Guidelines go into effect today.

I put 'new' in quotation marks because most of what has been published is merely clarification of existing guidelines.

However, there is one major change - and that's the introduction of the 'no safe harbor' rule which at it's core means businesses can no longer use the disclaimer 'results not typical' for testimonials.

Of course, you'll want to review all of this with a qualified legal professional.
