I own a lighting company that does energy efficient products, What I found that may be useful to you is that the USDA, (i always thought was for meats) provides grants for energy efficient products in rural areas and agricultural businesses. None of these will pay foranythign on your site, but you could help a lot of people go with solar and wind related upgrades and get them assistance in paying for the costs!
