Okay from the title itself, my question is about a renter who doesn't paid her house rent. The situation is like this, My grandmother had put our old house for lease. A family rented there for only 1000 Pesos for a month (very small amount), so they signed the contract stating that they going to pay the rent for the month every 1st week for that month. Both parties agreed, for the first 2 months they were paying the rent but the next 5 months were delayed. I mean they haven't paid for 5 months. So we planned that we're just gonna ask them to move out and look for another renter. But when they knew that, they paid us the 3 months and the remaining 2 months will be next. Thought its gonna be okay, but they said embarassing and hurtful words to my grand mother and she was hurt. I just dont know what gonna do? Anyone? Do we have the right to ask them to move out immediately? Can we sue them for what they said?
