I am in the research stage of starting up a small ice cream shop in my Florida community. I am having trouble understanding when I will need the physical address of my store. The next couple of steps I need to take are:1. Registering my business at federal/state levels2. Aquiring financing3. Aquiring appropriate licensesAt what point will I actually need the physical location of my business? Can I just use a P.O. box for all of these steps? I want to avoid having to pay rent on a space months before I am able to officially open. Any advice would be appreciated!
