Well, when recession is round the corner, reselling of business is bound to flourish. Merger and reselling of business are different concepts altogether. Ema, I also belong to Asia (India). But I never heard that people reselling their business. The possible reason I assume is that they are not financially strong to run the business successfully or don't have enough resources to do the business.
