I have been in business for 13 years and been profitable every year.The downturn in the economy has been difficult forcing me to use personal money and credit cards.I have managed to keep my employees but it seems as if though im working just to pay off debt, which is all current.I need to consolidate or some type of business loan which is impossible to find because of debt to income ratio.I sure could use some advice on where to look, i am not going to go under but i would love to stop struggling.

If you have specific questions, or want to find out how others in similar situations are coping financially, the Loans, Grants, and Taxes board would be a good place to start.
I have looked into sba funds, its difficult to understand and the paperwork is unbelievable. There has got to be a simpler solution to short term funds.
I would take a gander over at SBA.gov and see if any of the programs might work for you. I can imagine your pain in trying to keep your employees employed and at the same time keeping your business afloat. Best of luck and hopefully that resource can help you out.
