rest api error

Hello,

 

When I try to use the rest api for business type and zip code, the example works fine (http://api.business.gov/license_permit/by_zip/restaurant/49685.xml), but most other zip codes, http://api.business.gov/license_permit/by_zip/restaurant/64113.xml, result in an error. Is this just a temporary issue?
