Are there any guidelines to what KIND of business you can start with a minority/womens' grant? Are there any guidelines to location as in US territory? I want to open a bar in Puerto Rico...I'm a 33 year old woman and need more info on this if anyone has it. Thank you!

Being a women-owned business doesn't take any specific certifications. You can self certify. There is also no industry requirements for being a women owned business. Take a look at the Women Owned Businesses section of Business.gov.
