Restaurant Helper - Create new jobs by setting up new restaurants (A Web app)

I have created a tool called Restaurant Helper app http://restaurants.spacenext.com which would help future restaurant owners to get the data that influences the location of a restaurant.This would enable them to create new jobs by setting up new restaurants at new locations.

Generally,the important factors for starting a restaurant are Place,Type of Restaurant,Financing (Federal and state Loans) available for State,Demographics(Population age wise),Competition from other restaurants(How many no of same restaurant types are present in the location and How is their business) and Local/Federal Permits needed for a restaurant/bar etc.,

This tool is a mashup of all the data related to above factors which would be helpful to any one planning to start a restaurant in US. (Data.gov,Foursquare,census,loans and permits,SBA.gov)

Steps:
1.Select a state,then place and then select Type of Restaurant.

Data that would be displayed:
1.Demographics data (Population age wise and salary wise)
2.No of competing restaurants of same type in the location
3.Federal and state Loans that can be availed from Govt for small business
4.Federal and state permits

I hope this tool would be helpful for anyone who intends to create restaurants in US. (Specially for small business owners).Please respond me back if you have any suggestions regarding this.
