My advice - look at several and take the best from each and leave the rest. Also, know that you can always make changes - anytime - thus, it does not have to be perfect coming out of the gate.

Hello, I have an LLC.  But is not the kind of information that one would post on line.  I got it from my attorney and it cost quite a sum.  I own an apartment building.   The LLC covers any business that I venture into and protect my personal assets from any suits.  I set it up to cover our family property and is in our last name with me as the  purchaser.  It is in my will as part of the business and personal property assets.  My attorney insist on the LLC after I purchased the apartment building (I had other property but not public)  This LLC protects, talk to your attorney do not let the cost hold you back.  I do not understand everything about it and it is quit long.   I am glad that I have it.  GOOD LUCK!
