I am distressed by the SBA's policy to limit SBIC's from in undeveloped land ventures. I could understand if the limits were imposed on housing developments but you have cast an extremely broad net that has hindered other developments. Hospitals, sports facilities, theme parks, concert venues, etc are not housing ventures but they are restrained by your policy. Time to refocus.
