I am a software engineer and inventor developing next generation intelligent agents for Internet applications. I have applied for SBIR 5 years ago, but did not get a grant. But yesterday new DoD SBIR solicitation was release with a topic that matches perfectly my product in development. From past experience I know that writing grant proposal requires special skills and knowledge of specifics of a given agency (DoD). So I am looking for partners.
