The FFA in my small town began selling mums and poinsettias this year as a fundraiser, nearly shutting down my small horticultural business. Any advice???
Have you considered contacting the organizers to see whether maybe you can work out a deal where you can be the supplier or a partial supplier?
Otherwise, you'll need to diversify to make your products more desirable than whatever products the FFA is promoting.
