I'm a foreign national, living in my country, never visited USA, however I have single membered LLC in TX, will I be charged Self-Employment Contributions Act (SECA) tax? I think it will not apply to me because I don't live in USA, as it is indicated in Instructions for Schedule SE (Form 1040), (http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i1040sse.pdf)
