So does the SBA help start up self employment or just "small business"? I am
wanting to start up my own business, but it will just be me, no employee's.

the loan, but helps guarantee through the bank you applied for].

loans. Rather, they guarantee loans made through your local bank. You don't
need to have employees to pursue a loan.
