I have been doing so much research my brain hurts, and I cannot figure out for the life of me if I need to worry about anything legal (permits, licenses, taxes, etc.) if I want to sell home-made items on Etsy.com or Ebay.com. I live in Burien, Wa. At this point, I am thouroughly confused... So, if anyone knows anything at all I would be eternally grateful.
