Have you tried looking into the GSA Schedule Contractor Teaming Arrangements (CTA)? Under a Contractor Team Arrangement (CTA), two or more GSA Schedule contractors work together, by complementing each other's capabilities, to offer a total solution to meet an ordering activity's requirement. Another avenue....What type of products and/or services does your company sell? Do you have 'authorized distributors' to resell your products?

Really the best way to be to do some research on Google or just contact the GSA if they have any approved third party consultants.

rharrim - Out of the thousands of GSA contractors most are solution providers focused on selling a specific set of products and services and probably are not a good fit for what you are trying to accomplish. However there are a handful of GSA contractors in the business of representing other companies offering their GSA contract as a fulfillment mechanism. My company does this for a variety of IT companies. To answer your question I would need more information but to get you started. First - what are you selling? This will determine the type of GSA contract. As an example, if it is IT related the contract will be the IT 70 contract. Second - are you a manufacturer or reseller/VAR? If you are a manufacturer, you can list your products on an existing GSA contract by issueing them a GSA letter of supply. If you are a reseller or a VAR, you need to find a GSA contractor that carries the products or services you wish to sell. If you want to sell direct to the customer using their GSA contract you need to arrange an agent agreement with that GSA contractor. If you do not want to sell direct to the customer, you need to arrange a subcontracting agreement with that GSA contractor. My company does both for IT related manufacturers and resellers and I've found that most other GSA contractors are not aware of the agent agreement and are not interested in entertaining a subcontracting agreementunless you have a specific opportunity to bring them.
