Im thinking about selling breads baked in my home kitchen, but I can't figure out where to look for guidance about what the health codes are, and whether it's even legal to bake for profit for a home kitchen.
Anyone out there have experience, or can point me in the right direction? Do I need a commercial kitchen? Do I need a business license? I know that each state is different, so if you have california (los angeles) info, that would be great.
