I am the owner/operator of a small In-Home Health Care business and Security Guard servises Agency that has been operating since 1985. The Health Care part of the business grossed over $1,500,000.00 for 2012. I will be turning 78 years old this March and want to retire as quickly as possible and enjoy some of the life I have left. I hate to just close the business down when a Disbled or retired Veteran wishing to start a business can benefit from a business that is already in operation. I not sure if this is the correct place to have a discussion about selling a going business to a veteran, if so email me where to discuss this matter. Thank you

want to visit with a counselor at a small business development center or a
SCORE office in your area. Their services are free and they can recommend how
to best proceed. You might also talk with your attorney. You will need
him/her to create a buy/see agreement, so getting him/her involved now may
open doors to potential buyers.
