We are setting up meetings for some people that do SEO professionally. Are there any specific questions or qualifications we should be asking or looking for?

Not only video is a great marketing technique. First of all the Best
Marketing is ability to know how to Sales, Leadership and Motivation
Strategies.
I think that the best for Internet Marketing is:
- Facebook Marketing
- E-mail Marketing
- Social Bookmarking
- Video posting
and etc.
I would like more information on attending these meetings. Good questions
would be: what is a good strategy for building links? what are the benefits
of SEO vs PPC (pay per click) advertising?

I think any event that allows people to understand what types of options they
have is beneficial. Education in any discipline is the key to not getting
taken advantage of and utilizing your budget efficiently. Id like to see more
strategy events which correlate to the always changing internet and how those
changes effect ones marketing ideals..

Honestly if you want to have a credible meeting like this I would recommend
finding someone that you trust that is already knowledgeable in SEO and have
him sort through some of your prospects. SEO is one of those things where if
you do not understand what is going on you can actually hurt yourself and any
efforts you may be trying to achieve. I would be diligent in the people that
you bring to the meeting as to not damage your reputation to the viewers.

When discussing SEO with your SEO agency/Manager. A key question that a lot
of people forget about is, "how do you measure success from the SEO
campaign?" Would you just consider improvements in search results enough, or
is cost per conversion measured?
